Another voice on the topic of disappearing bookstores.
You will probably see more and more lamentations about bookstores disappearing, but there is nothing big on the horizon to point to as a solution to stop it. Here is another view that explains why bookstores are important not just to book buyers but to publishers as well. Despite that, publishers seem to be doing the least of anyone to help bookstores. Nothing new there unfortunately.
