All fingers point to Jobs in Apple e-book trial. Jobs?

Apple to judge: "I'm not a crook, it was Jobs' fault..." The Apple e-book price fixing trial is underway. The big question is really why Apple is taking this all the way to court, which is highly unusual for this type of case.
