Apple e-book price-fixing case opened this week

I've tried to sort this out but it gets pretty confusing as to who did what to whom and how and when. It does seem as if it is really more about Apple and Amazon fighting for dominance in the e-reader/tablet market than about any real love of books. Sadly the tech companies tend to view the e-books as nothing more than a way to sell hardware. Anyway, hope this helps clarify some of what is going on with the trial.
