Snyder angry that McIntosh won't have to testify at Apple trial.
Yeh, I know. That hit me funny too...
Orin Snyder is Apple's lawyer. Madeleine McIntosh is COO of Random House. So was Snyder red in the face? Is McIntosh a sweet lady? Is Apple daring to touch the forbidden fruit? I guess settling this lawsuit is not going to be as easy as apple pie. McIntosh is just one name on the witness tree....shame on me that was terrible!
Anyway, here's the actual story. Snyder is considered one of the country's most "deadly" trial lawyers, whatever that means.
